Shape could not reach its servers. This is usually a network problem or a temporary service interruption.

What to try

1. Check that you are online and that firewalls or VPNs are not blocking Shape.
2. Wait a moment and try again if the service may be temporarily unavailable.
3. Confirm the Shape website loads in your browser.

Local editing still works offline. Account sync and AI features need a connection.
